Pricing & Funding
we understand that the cost of care is an important consideration. Our home care packages offer a cost-effective alternative to residential care, with personalised support tailored to each client’s needs.
Our care helps clients continue living in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes for as long as possible, while supporting their independence, dignity and wellbeing.

What does home care cost?
The cost of care depends on the level of support required. We’re happy to discuss the home care options you’re considering and tailor a package to your needs. Our care is flexible and can be adapted as those needs change.
Funding for Home Care Services
A range of support is available, and you may be entitled to benefits or allowances to help meet your care needs. Some of these are means-tested, so eligibility depends on your financial circumstances.
Care Assessments
If you need support, contact your local council’s adult social services department and ask for a care assessment. This assessment looks at the help you need. You are entitled to an assessment, and it is free of charge.
The council may also carry out a financial assessment, sometimes called a means test, to determine whether you need to contribute towards the cost of your care.
Budgets vary between councils, but all councils must meet their legal obligations to provide support.

Personal Budgets
Personal budgets give you greater choice and control over your care and support, helping you choose services that suit your needs and circumstances.
We can help you review your allocated budget and explore how it can be used to provide the care you need.
Other Funding Options
You may be eligible for benefits to help with your care needs, such as Attendance Allowance if you have reached State Pension age. The support available depends on your needs, circumstances and where you live.
Your local council’s adult social services department can provide advice on finding suitable care, even if you are not eligible for council funding and pay for your care yourself.
